Data Center/Mission Critical Positions
A leading provider of critical infrastructure data center technologies partnered with People Ventures to overcome challenges in efficiently filling open positions across the United States. This included roles for electrical, mechanical, and battery field technicians and engineers, as well as project and safety managers, warehouse, and operations positions.
Objective: Our primary aim was to streamline the recruitment process while maintaining high-quality control, ensuring swift placement of qualified candidates without wasting the hiring managers' time.
Approach:
Results: Over three months, we successfully filled 27 requisitions across 11 locations, saving hiring managers significant time and allowing the internal recruiting team to focus on their core tasks.

Brian Kelley co-founded People Ventures, Inc. in March 2000. He has successfully placed over 1,000 sales candidates ranging from entry level to executive positions. Prior to starting PVI, Brian led sales teams for ten years in the document management industry with Lanier Worldwide, and Pitney Bowes. Brian attended James Madison University, earning a BBA in Marketing. Avid fan of the NY Jets.
Lee Bell co-founded People Ventures, Inc. in March 2000. Currently he leads the permanent and temporary recruiting efforts in the Washington, D.C. area. Prior to starting People Ventures, Lee ran sales teams for Lanier Worldwide in five major markets, including NYC and Washington, D.C., over a ten-year period. Lee earned a psychology degree from James Madison University.
